I created Homily because it's something I wish I had 6 years ago.

I am a failed startup founder. My idea was good, the mission was needed, and it never happened. I got to MVP and lost all momentum. Some of the reasons why:

  • I led with my personality/ego, not my identity.

  • I exhausted people with ideas and pivots.

  • I was alone in the building and leading.

  • I didn't have a process to work or to trust.

  • I know what it is like to have a mission and an idea burning like fire in your bones, and not know what to do about it.

    I know the pain of bootstrapping and the weekend side-hustling, always wondering if you are doing too much or not enough.

    After my start-up failed, I spent years co-creating a process to launch, grow and lead new ventures that create culture and make an impact on people's lives.

    Now I get to use those insights to help you finally build the thing the world needs you to build.
